Beechwood Building & Design was formed in 1999 to meet the needs of quality-conscious custom home buyers in and around Ann Arbor. Owners Jim Fileccia and Brian McLaughlin are hands-on, customer-friendly building professionals with a passion for technical excellence and beautiful design.
In our seventh year in the Preserve, Beechwood has been helping families build and enjoy their dream in this lovely rural community just minutes from Ann Arbor.
